That record holds the attribution details listed above, nothing more, and it clears itself after 30 days. You can delete it at any time by clearing site data for this website in your browser settings.
Our contact page and page footers include an embedded Google Map. Google may set its own cookies when that map loads, under Google's privacy policy rather than ours.
We use what you send us to respond to your request, schedule a consultation, prepare a quote, and follow up about your project. We use the attribution data to understand which parts of the site are working. We do not sell your personal information, we do not rent or trade it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Form submissions from this site are processed and delivered to us by Netlify, which hosts the website. Embedded maps are served by Google. Beyond those service providers, we share your information only when we have to: with a professional adviser, or where the law requires it.
We keep quote requests for as long as we may reasonably need them for the project and our records, and we delete them when they are no longer useful. The attribution record in your browser expires after 30 days on its own.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will take care of it. If you are a Texas resident, you may also have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. We honor access and deletion requests either way, whether or not that law applies to a business our size.

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are transmitted securely. No website can promise perfect security, so we keep what we collect to the minimum we need.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly swapped in.
